Your leads never reach us.
The extension runs entirely inside your browser. Searches, the leads they produce and the files you export stay on your own machine. There is no account, no sync and no server of ours in the path.
Before launch: replace [TODO: registered business name] and [TODO: business address] insrc/config/site.ts, and update the analytics section below to name whatever you actually install.
1. Who is responsible
[TODO: registered business name] of [TODO: business address] is responsible for this site and for the personal data described below. Contact us at chkskill@gmail.com.
2. What the extension does with data
- Searches run in your browser. The listings, contact details and staff pages it reads are written to a database inside that browser.
- Exports are written straight to your own Downloads folder.
- We do not receive, store, analyse or resell the leads you collect. We could not hand them to anyone else because we never hold them.
- Uninstalling the extension or clearing the browser's site data removes the stored leads. Export anything you want to keep first.
- Facebook enrichment uses the Facebook session already signed in to your browser. We never see those credentials and never store them.
3. What we collect when you buy
- Your email address, so that we can send the licence, the extension file and support replies.
- Payment confirmation from our payment processor: the amount, the plan and whether it succeeded. We never see or hold your full card number.
- Support correspondence, kept so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off.
We use this to deliver what you bought, to answer support requests, and to send occasional product notices such as a breaking change or a new build. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors listed below.
4. Who processes data on our behalf
- Payment processor. Handles the transaction and holds the card details we never see. [TODO: name the processor once checkout is live.]
- Forms and checkout. The contact and support forms on this site, and the checkout pages, are hosted by TheBigBot (a GoHighLevel platform). What you type into them is stored there so that we can reply and deliver your licence. Those pages set their own cookies and ask for consent before doing so.
- Email provider. Delivers licence emails and support replies. [TODO: name the provider.]
- Web hosting. Serves this site and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and diagnostics. [TODO: name the host.]
5. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies of its own and does not track you across other sites. A consent banner lets you allow or reject the optional categories, and your choice is stored in a cookie so that you are not asked again. The accessibility widget stores your display preferences in your own browser. The embedded forms and checkout pages set their own cookies only after you have consented. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
6. How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support email is kept for two years after the last message. Ask us to delete anything that is not legally required and we will.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Emailchkskill@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not make you jump through hoops or charge you for it.
8. Data you collect about other people
When you collect business contact details with this product, you become the party responsible for that data. Storing and using it, including any duty to tell people how you got their details or to honour a request to be removed, is your obligation under the law that applies to you. See section 4 of theterms.
9. Children
This is a business tool. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially, licence holders are told by email. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
