Turn a Google Maps search into a contact-ready CSV.
Type a trade and a list of cities. Get names, phones, emails, socials and staff, exported in one file.

Two sources, one export format.
Google Maps
Any business type, in any set of cities or ZIP codes.
Search the way you would in Maps. Mortgage brokers, agents, roofers, dentists, anything with a listing. Add cities one per line and results merge and dedupe across all of them.
realtor.com
Real estate agents by area, with their office details.
Point it at a market and it works through the agent directory the same way, then follows each agent to their own site for an email address and socials.
96 columns per business
A phone number is not a lead. This is a lead.
Every run writes 96 columns for each business and 53 for each person behind it, so the file you open is already the file you work from.
The decision maker, on the business row
Staff pages are crawled and every person ranked by title before a single profile is fetched, so a roster of 59 loan officers spends its budget on branch managers rather than on whoever is listed first. The most senior reachable person is promoted onto the main sheet.

Each business website is opened for an address, then its social profiles are collected from the same pages.

Every site is checked for the things you would sell against, and the pitch angle is written into its own column.

Three inputs, then it runs itself.
There is no dashboard to learn and no account to create. It lives in the Chrome side panel, next to the tab you are already looking at.

Sweep
The run works through each location, visits every business website for an email address, then crawls team pages for the people behind the business. Leads appear as they are found.
Export
Filter to what you want, then export. One row per business, one row per person, or both as two sheets in one workbook.

Close the panel. Quit Chrome. The run survives.
Every unit of work is a durable row in the browser database, marked done only once the lead it produced has been written. A crash, a restart or a power cut costs you the handful of fetches that were in flight, never the run.
- Reopen the panel and it reconnects to a run already in progress
- The Runs tab offers Resume after a restart and picks up where it stopped
- A CSV lands in your Downloads every 250 leads, so there is always a file on disk
- Leads are visible and exportable while the run is still going
Export the business, or the people inside it.
Turn on team and staff pages and the run also crawls whoever the business lists: loan officers, agents, attorneys, doctors. Each person gets their own page opened for a direct line, an email and a licence number, then lands on a contacts sheet you can import into a CRM without joining anything.

What it will not do.
Worth knowing before you pay, not after.
Google caps one search at roughly 120 results
That is their limit, not ours. Add more cities to go wider. The panel tells you when it hits the wall instead of pretending it collected everything.
It runs at a deliberate pace
Randomised pauses, a few concurrent fetches, and backoff when a source pushes back. Going faster gets your own connection soft blocked, so speed is capped on purpose.
Not every business publishes an email
Enrichment checks the homepage and up to two contact pages, then gives up and marks the row rather than guessing an address.
You are responsible for how you use the data
Collecting public business contact details is normal prospecting, but the terms of service of each source, and the marketing law where you and your prospects sit, are your call. Read the terms before you buy.

Questions people ask before buying.
How does the free trial work?
Install the extension and use it for 5 days at no cost. If it does what you need, pay once and keep it. If it does not, cancel inside the trial and you are never charged.
Is the $47 really a one time fee?
Yes. One payment, no subscription, and it covers 5,000 leads exported to CSV. If you need more than that, the $97 plan removes the ceiling and is also a single payment.
What happens after I export 5,000 leads on the $47 plan?
Exporting stops at the ceiling. You can upgrade to Unlimited at any time and carry on with the same install and the same stored leads.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final and there are no refunds after payment. That is the trade for giving you 5 days of the full product before you pay anything. Full detail is on the refund policy page.
Does my scraped data get sent to your servers?
No. Runs happen inside your own browser and leads are stored in that browser. Exports are written straight to your Downloads folder. We never receive your lead data.
Which browsers does it work in?
Chrome 114 or later, which is when the side panel it lives in was introduced. Chromium browsers that ship the same side panel API work too.
Can I sell this to my own clients?
Yes, with a reseller licence. It is rebranded with your name and icon, you set your own price, and we keep it working when Chrome or the sources change. Details on the reseller page.
